🔄 30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • Free from scratches, damage, or signs of use
  • In original packaging (if possible)

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out — no lengthy explanations needed.

💰 Refund Options

Once we receive and inspect your return, you can choose from:

  • Full Refund — Returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Store Credit — Issued immediately and never expires
  • Exchange — Swap for a different item of equal or lesser value

📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at erdobiallc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label
  3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at any carrier location
  4. Once received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days

🛫 Return Shipping

We provide a prepaid return label for all returns within the United States — return shipping is on us. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

💫 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send us a photo of the issue and we will:

  • Send a free replacement immediately, or
  • Issue a full refund — your choice

We take full responsibility for any quality issues with our products.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry made to order
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items showing clear signs of wear, damage, or alteration
